This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through the Swoop app for Shiv Krupa Restaurant Fastfood and Live Nasta (FSSAI Licence No. 20725022001531), located at P-2784, Block 121/122, Vadi Vistar, Devadh, Varachha Road, Surat, Gujarat – 394210.
1. No Cancellation Policy
We maintain a strict no-cancellation policy. Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. This is because food preparation begins immediately after order confirmation to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
2. Why We Do Not Accept Cancellations
- Ingredients and raw materials are allocated and preparation begins within minutes of order placement.
- Our kitchen operates on a made-to-order model — cancellations cause direct food wastage.
- Delivery partners are assigned in real time and may already be en route to the kitchen.
3. Customer Responsibility
Please review your order carefully — items, quantities, and delivery address — before confirming payment. Once the "Place Order" button is tapped and payment is processed, the order is final and binding.
4. Cancellation by the Restaurant / Swoop
In rare operational circumstances — such as item unavailability, no delivery partner available, or a verified technical error — the restaurant or Swoop may cancel your order at its sole discretion.
In such cases:
- Online payments (UPI / card / net banking): The full order amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Swoop Wallet payments: The amount will be credited back to your Swoop Wallet immediately.
You will be notified via the app as soon as the cancellation is processed. If you do not receive your refund within 5 business days, please contact us at support@justswoop.in.
