This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through the Swoop app for Shiv Krupa Restaurant Fastfood and Live Nasta (FSSAI Licence No. 20725022001531), located at P-2784, Block 121/122, Vadi Vistar, Devadh, Varachha Road, Surat, Gujarat – 394210.

1. No Cancellation Policy

We maintain a strict no-cancellation policy. Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. This is because food preparation begins immediately after order confirmation to ensure freshness and timely delivery.

Please review your order carefully — items, quantities, and delivery address — before confirming payment. Once the "Place Order" button is tapped and payment is processed, the order is final and binding.

4. Cancellation by the Restaurant / Swoop

In rare operational circumstances — such as item unavailability, no delivery partner available, or a verified technical error — the restaurant or Swoop may cancel your order at its sole discretion.

You will be notified via the app as soon as the cancellation is processed. If you do not receive your refund within 5 business days, please contact us at support@justswoop.in.
