This policy describes how Shiv Krupa Restaurant Fastfood and Live Nasta (FSSAI Licence No. 20725022001531) delivers your food orders through the Swoop platform.

1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Surat, Gujarat only, within a maximum radius of 25 km from our kitchen. Orders outside this area cannot be accepted. The exact serviceability of your address is shown at checkout in the app.
2. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on the straight-line distance from our kitchen to your delivery address at ₹6 per km (rounded up to the nearest km):

The exact delivery fee is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your payment.
3. Packaging Charges
A small packaging fee may be included in your order total to cover food-grade packaging materials. This is shown as a separate line item at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Our average delivery time is 25–45 minutes from order placement. This includes kitchen preparation time (10–20 minutes) and transit time depending on your distance and traffic conditions. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. Live Tracking
Once your order is picked up, you can track the delivery partner's live location in the Swoop app. Notifications are sent at key stages: order accepted, out for delivery, and delivered.
6. Failed Delivery
If you are unavailable at the delivery address or the address is inaccessible, the order may be marked undeliverable. As per our no-refund policy, no refund will be issued in such cases. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
