- Location: With your permission, to suggest addresses, compute delivery fees, and assign the nearest partner.
- Device & app data: Device type, OS version, and app version for diagnostics.
- FCM token: For sending order status push notifications to your device.
1.3 Payment Information
Payment details are handled exclusively by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We only receive a transaction reference ID and status — we never store card or UPI credentials.

3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Delivery partners: Name, phone, and delivery address to fulfil your order.

- Google Maps / APIs: Address search, geocoding, and map display — see Google Privacy Policy.
- Firebase (Google): Push notifications (FCM).
- Cloud storage: Review images/videos stored in secure S3-compatible storage.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Order and transaction records are retained for up to 5 years for tax and FSSAI compliance purposes.

We use HTTPS for all data transmission, hashed passwords, and restricted database access. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
